Sue - becareful out and about today! Keep us posted on what's going on in your area.

Tonya - I feel your pain...drizzly and warm. It's been that way here for most of February.

Everyone make it a great day! :celebrate

I don't know how it is in the USA, but in the UK when I was a lad, 65 was the age you retired and collected your pension so it was quite a big deal.
The age one retires has changed officially and in a practical sense for many. I'll get a state pension which isn't a great deal of money so I'll keep working at something no doubt.
The retirement age range now in the UK ranges from 65 to soon to be 68 depending on when one was born.

In the US you are able to retire at 62 with definite rules on how much you can earn. The next step is 65 which for some people it is 66 according to their birthday. This with full retirement and if one chooses to work they have no penalties on earnings. The third step is at 70 and you retire with the top dollar from Social Security.

I managed to stay employed and retired in January 2015. My vacation days carried through the end of March 2015. My Social Security started in April 2015.

By all means have a very Happy Birthday. I hope you have 65 more.

Good morning everyone 😊
