I eat when i am stressed or depressed. Mostly at night. Thinking of trying diet pills.

@CapricornFarm I would not take the diet pills as they could cause you lots of problems.

My idea of what to eat if you are a grazer is to keep celery sticks , carrots, watermelon, hard boiled eggs, lettuce with tomatoes, and anything that has less carbs and that is filling.

Popcorn is a very good snack.
