We all do manual work I think feed bags are 50 lbs bought 20 cement cinder blocks today
Have to unload pot them with the foot print of the new coop where it has been moved to.
they will have concrete in each side to keep the rodents out crossing fingers
worked in the main new coop so far.

Yeah, i do the farmer work out too. I removed a Mule load of bedding from one of the goat stalls tonight, after it cooled down out there. And then collected rocks to put along the rabbit fence in the flower garen. And unloaded them.
My jaw is still painful with the TMJ, i have never had it last this long. Already saw 2 doctors and a dentist, without getting to feel any better. Frustrating.

My tmj has been much worse lately, as has my sciatica. I believe mine all related to a pinched nerve. I have a dental device to wear at night and occasionally take a Lyrica. I hope you feel better soon.
