Have a real special mud now the Son poured the ash in a pile not spreading at all.
Two buckets of ash now it special mud let me tell you. :frow
Yes it took a lot of cross training here to get the spreading of the ash instead of the dumping! :gig

Raining here, going to be very foggy overnight/tomorrow. So glad I don't need to go anywhere!

Hubby pulled a lot fo snow off the roof. He didn't get it all, just what he could reach on the ladder. That stuff is HEAVY now, with the rain.

I bet we'll hear some sliding off/crashing of snow tonight/tomorrow.

Three cups of coffee got me started earlier than usual this morning, DH needed to get up & out for a long-awaited medical appointment. Once he'd left I climbed into my dirt clothes and rushed outdoors, eager to take advantage of this rare rainless day with the chooks & dogs and in the weed-lush gardens; barely got the coop scooped and my garden cart pulled out to my worksite when I had to trudge back inside. Three cups of coffee...🙄🤭 Made me think of "Larry the Cable Guy's" line: "Even a truck tire has a pressure limit." Ah, well, at least I was wide awake.
