I've stacked three tons of firewood today, plus all the usual stuff so I'm knackered.
Still got water coming down the mountain but most of the level land has dried out after storm Gloria went by.
It works out at about eleven grand to fix the track. Waiting to here what the council has to say. The track is a fire truck track and needs to be working.

I get ya we are probably going to need 5 cords before this mess blows by
it is still raining off and on today did a good thing for me bought new thermal liners for my rubber boots as seems will be in them for the foreseeable future..
We at least have not lost property or roads here at least

The only bad thing about ignoring THEM is they can still see your posts.
So? I'm not talking about them. I just continue to interact with the old gang. I think everyone who was so put out by what happened in the Cafe should just hit the Ignore option on those that rub you the wrong way frequently or you just have a personality conflict with. I have never used the feature in the past but I do really enjoy the results.

I had kdog on ignore cannot stand the know it all but your right and she liked everything I posted
Again, so what? That's okay if she's liking your posts. Obviously she doesn't feel the same way as you and that's just fine. Just go about your conversation with others
I know I've been quoted by some of those I ignore and if I don't totally dislike them (read they are just annoying) I will see what they have to say. If it's worth a reply, I reply but I don't have to.

Good Afternoon, Club!
It’s been a busy few days at school, and we took a little road trip to see GS/GD today. They’re about 2 1/2 hours from us (for now, but are moving back home - to the area, not our house - in the spring :ya:celebrate). On our way back home now. Next weekend we’re going to IA (3 1/2 hours) to visit the two GD and their parents and help them pack (or ride herd on the kids while the parents pack) to move in a couple of weeks. We might get to stay home the following weekend...

@Grammy60 - every time someone calls you Grammy, I almost answer. That’s what GS calls me.

@DobieLover - your dogs are beautiful! Unfortunately, the only Dobe I ever met belonged to a relative of a step dad I used to have, and I was always told (by the owners) to be careful, and watch out because it was a one person dog and would bite if I didn’t watch out.

I hope you’re all having a good weekend.
