I know folks have to wear a mask in most places. But do you guys have grocery stores that will NOT allow anyone in with a reuseable bag? They are doing that out here. My back pack has always been my trunk when I do walking. My hands like to let go of things all of a sudden, and I had to back track to find them. My backpack is my saving grace.

Last time I did the 7 miles to the closest grocery store, had to carry two weighty bags and that was harder on me than the distance. I had to keep setting them down.

Could be Cap. I'm thinking I've been eating alot of "carp" lately not ice cream and stuff but I usually just eat one meal a day. Still waiting for the "stimulus check," so I could splurge and buy some good stuff. A meal for me is more like mini crackers with some swiss cheese on top

I was supposed to have a Dr.apt. in the office today. Last minute they changed it to a phone visit. What kind of nonsense is that? Haven't been "into" the office in about a year - wanted a thyroid test(dermatologist suggested that). Dr. said I could get that some other time. Like when?

Did get the doctor(first year resident) to send a prescription in for my former med. for depression. I was doing okay till covid rode into town. He was going to prescribe med for anxiety instead but I think in my life I have been on everyone one of them. No matter how low the dose or how short a time taking it - they have been horrible to get off of. No thanks.

My mind is gone. I know I rode the sr.bus to the doctor but I can't even remember who the driver was. I was the only passenger.

So wear your backpack, get stuff in bags and when you get outside, put the bags in your backpack.

It's the stress. We are so focused on staying healthy, everything else is on hold.
