Good morning Sour, how are the dogs doing?

Dogs and humans doing well, Cap. Fox problem at the club. Found a washout where they are coming under the fence. Going to do repairs today.

Don't know why but, suddenly have a taste for a bloody steak and a baked potato-

That really sounds wonderful. We're having chicken divan today.

We're going to enjoy our first harvest of baby bok choy (stir fry w/garlic & ginger & pepper flakes) along with some pot stickers.

We've been enjoying the mesclun bed which finally got ample enough to harvest. Salad days!

New hunt ?

I don't think a hunt is needed. Two drainage pipes on the West border blocked and were flooding along and eroding under the fence. Fox found a way in and out. We fixed it temporarily today, and hopefully they are on the outside at their den. Really upset me that by one of the holes under the fence I found 4 dead new born rabbits. Evidently the fox had found the nest and was taking them to her kits. Why they were dropped just outside the fence ? Things were situated so that they could get under the lower hot wire without making contact. They are really intelligent creatures.

Still have been predator free here mostly due to great Roosters ours have all been ariel

Afternoon here.
Just took broody barrier down about an hour ago.
Mama kicked just enough butt to establish her status, chicks were brave, Willie was cool enough. So far so good.
