Oh my I'n in thanks for food and coffee.. Last night was specail Son comes out his phone has the pink screen of death. I call t-mobile waited almost two hours for a human, hate automated that cannot figure anything out.
Gal comes on the line has to transfer me..
We do soft resets for like a hour, hard reset phone would not respond to .. Son has to take his phone in trade it for another.
