Oh my I'n in thanks for food and coffee.. Last night was specail Son comes out his phone has the pink screen of death. I call t-mobile waited almost two hours for a human, hate automated that cannot figure anything out.
Gal comes on the line has to transfer me..
We do soft resets for like a hour, hard reset phone would not respond to .. Son has to take his phone in trade it for another.

I'm not a fan of automated calls either 😞 you sit there pushing buttons to get help and in most cases, its a big fail !!
 
Have to agree with that even when I was a super for Nextel we answered the calls .. no middle man or ? .. call last night I was really disapointed in the auto that is only had like 3 sentences
pay your bill, buy new phone or payment options.

AUTOMATION

I detest dealing with automated answering services. I have so much trouble getting to a human. I find that I get so angry @penny1960 as sometimes there are to many selections although now of them apply to my problem. The other part I detest, is they want to know why you are calling. I don't know why as they can't help me. I do not like to give my problem to them and ten repeat it to the next one on line and the next one on line...and the next,,,
