Automation sucks but even when you get a human...:he I got a huge bill from Premera, my health insurance company. They billed for DH for the whole year, even though he’s been on Medicare for 2 1/2 years! Called them they said no problem pay only what you owe and will take care of it. Well they didn’t, got another Bill yesterday with big red numbers all over it.
Fwiw often you’ll get competent help fastest by shaming them on their Facebook page. I’ve had to do it before and I guess I’ll have to today.
 
I'm not a fan of automated calls either 😞 you sit there pushing buttons to get help and in most cases, its a big fail !!
My WiFi has been off for a week. could not figure it out. Called tech support- got automation. Never could get to a live human. Finally Googled it and fixed it myself. I guess that is why they have automation- so they don't have to deal with people and their issues.
 
I quit facebook back last election just could handle the it anymore
Oh it was terrible during and after the last election! There is little to none of that stuff these days. A lot of them got booted, and Facebook has been rooting out those with multiple accounts etc. And they’ve gone to Parler I’ve heard.
I would get so upset but I figured I needed to know what they were thinking, you know? Not that I could do anything about anything but I wanted to understand what they were so mad at.
 
Good afternoon everyone :frow Thanks for the coffee!! Just got back from the Orthopedic doctor, did something to my shoulder so he gave me a steroid shot and is setting me up with physical therapy. Of course, first I have to get my cobra insurance up and running.
