Morning Ya'll. Coffee is on. Getting a late start out today. It is cold and the chicken water has a coat of ice on top. Broke it up, but will go out this afternoon and clean and refill the waterer. Chickens acting like they are starved to death- they are actually fed a very adequate amount every day plus snacks a couple times a week. Yesterday, they got apples. Tomorrow probably gonna give them some fresh cabbage ( I only cooked 1/2 of the head). Got to clean the office today- I have been using it as a throw all. Other than that, gonna sit around like a hound dawg and read a book and drink hot tea.

Good morning! I’m so happy I have you all in eastern time zones to get the coffee on early! It is soggy wet here and last night I had a dream that the straw in the chicken house was moldy and needed to be cleaned out ASAP. And of course I couldn’t figure out which tool to use or where my wheelbarrow was.
