Good Morning and happy Tuesday, Coffee is ready. Its a very cool very foggy 50 degrees out. I am going to sit with a cup before I go out to the coop.

Morning ya’ll. Coffee on with big old hot buttered biscuits. Went to feed the hens this morning. Predator got my Margaret- cross beak, blind in one eye BCM I raised from day 1. She was nearly 3 yrs old. I think it might have been an owl early this am. I buried her in the side yard near the Hydrangea. RIP sweet Margaret. Will be locking the girls down tight from now on- and watching for aerial predators.

I'm so sorry!

Yeah we were taking my annual birthday trip to Chincoteague, Va. We'll reschedule for sometime in the autumn.

I don't have a microwave. Strange, but true. Have never had one in this house. After 27 years, I guess we can get along without it.

Chincoteague is where they run the horses to the mainland and then sell them.

Never got to see that while we lived in Virginia.
