I had an omelet for lunch today: eggs, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and cheese. Home grown everything except the cheese. And the olive oil for frying. I gotta dig some more potatoes to add to the mix. A little more filling.

Sounds wonderful! I made two medium boiled eggs and sautéed zucchini with onions garlic, some little bits of ham and a diced fresh tomato thrown in at the end.

My favorite is deviled eggs! And egg salad sandwiches. I’m not wild about fried eggs or scrambled unless there are lots of hash browns to mix in. I think I’m getting hungry!

I love scrambled eggs, omelette and deviled eggs- hate fried or poached. But of course, pound cake is my favorite use of eggs

My lone survivor (Debbie) with bumble foot seems to be feeling better- she ate her feed today and some mealworms this eve . seems to have found the dust bath too- I just put fresh dirt in it. Still styling with hip footwear- what the cool chicks wear.
