It's really not that much.
I have a lot more than that to do. I flipped 5 houses top to bottom in 5 years.

At the time it seemed like a lot since we were in the middle of retiring, closing down our business, selling our house in Illinois and trying to figure out where to put EVERYTHING.

It was like...we need to take some of the shop and make more rooms. Make a utility room, make a hobby room, make a closet, make a home exam room for DH to use to check our eyes......In the mean time, shipping boxes were stacking up sometimes leaving just little corridors for us to weave through.

I told DH that the next time, I swear I was lighting a match, tossing it in and yelling RUN! Not really, just kidding but it was a lot easier moving when I was young and didn't have so much stuff.

Still I am quite proficient at hanging and mudding drywall!

There is much I wish to do here Finances say not doing it all at once but have already made leaps and bounds of changes from when we moved here

Good morning Club. Coffee is on. I made it strong. Just 5 hours at work today and I'm off until March 3! I should be able to get all the drywall up in all three rooms, taped and the first 2-3 coats of mud plus get the subfloor down in the great room. At least this is my goal...

Good morning everyone! Tea is ready with all needed condiments. Have a cup.

I'm trying to wake up by drinking my tea. I have to go to town today will have my nails done, delivery of eggs, take information to CPA for taxes, and stop for some needed groceries.

The weather here is 80F with the humidity is getting up there and the sun is shining.

It never rains but drops concrete blocks................
Busy here. Household dramas, a sick hen, a hawk strike on a rooster and another section of track just slid off and it wasn't even raining.
Off to the vets later.
