Thanks George, and a good frosty morning to you as well. Chilly overnight with 3 to 5 inches of SNOW coming tomorrow morning. Where the heck did Spring go to? I get why @penny1960 is so frustrated with the news lately. I take most of it with a grain of salt. I finally found a local organization that will accept backyard chicken eggs. I'm delivering 3 dozen eggs later this morning. They are putting together food boxes for the elderly to keep them from venturing into groceries stores. I don't think it's safe to shop right now since we are in the middle of the surge right now. The numbers in my small town are climbing fast. I'm finally seeing some movement on my HD and Lowes orders so I should have time to build the coop extension before the new chicks are ready for it. I hope the rest of you are doing well.

We got about 3" overnight, HUGE fat flakes floating down...still coming down.
I banged it all off the mesh run roof.
It'll all melt in a couple days.

17 days without being in a store- :th.

I was in Dollar Tree yesterday - not as much fun as I thought it would be. Maybe it never was fun, I can't remember. Cancelled the bus trip to grocery store today - just didn't feel like dealing with it.

Sooo. after checking out the cabinets guess I'll be having an open face (just one piece of bread left) bean sandwich. Tastes just as good as it sounds :sick

You can have a bean sandwich without bread. I like to take the beans if possible mash them on a plate and add the condiments stirring them into the beans eating with a fork. It is soooo good.

And if you have either cornmeal or masa harina you could make a tamale or two. Yum!
