We like a bit more spice I did it like apple pie tad more cloves

That could be good also. When we apples, we do apple sauce, apple butter and apple pie in a jar. They are all so good and the grandkids really like the apple butter the best.

We also like it on ice cream stuck it in my old 10 inch cast iron pan
