I'm getting ready to visit my chickens. I had isolated six (6) for being so mean. I have put two (2) back in the main coop. So far I have not seen any misbehaving. I will probably return another one to the main coop today.

I had to put a section of hardware cloth back up to segregate them. I'll take it down till I get some chicks this year then it will go back up for a while.
 
Have not even started this one just made basil pesto
it will be my base instead of tomato
Awww. Let me know when it's about to be made I'll leave my plate outside the door, keeping my distance.

It will take several hours or more like day's to get to you, but anything for yum yums :D
 
This can be used with many herbs whatever trips a trigger
Pesto

Ingredients


2 garlic cloves, crushed
Young greens from 1 brussle sprouts plant
1/4 cup parsley leaves
1 cup walnuts
1 cup flax
1 cup Parmigianino Reggiano cheese
Kosher salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon rind


How to Make It
Step 1

In a food processor, combine the garlic, greens, parsley leaves and the cup of walnuts; pulse until finely chopped. Stir in the 1 cup of cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil as used
1 cup pesto
Mix completely
Store in freezer
