Coffee Club

Morning ya’ll. Coffee done with big old fresh biscuits, butter and plum jam. The day looks glorious. Animals all fed. Need to do yard work today, but knee acting up something fierce.

We haven’t been digging around but last time we did not all companies want to insure old houses. Ours is old for this part of the country.

Our house was built in 1995. We are close to a fire station and have a sprinkler system installed. The sprinklers work too! A house a block south of us had a fire in the upstairs that the sprinklers put out. The house was saved and the damaged room repaired.

I am so glad it is going to warm up this week. Even though is was 50 here at the house yesterday the wind was cold. Its good to see a bit of light through the trees at 5a.m.View attachment 2613948

I had a cup from the thermal carafe this morning and will make a fresh pot soon. I need to roast some coffee beans first though.

Well good morning, I got up at 4:30a.m., putts'd built a fire and around the


kitchen for an hour with my coffee.



Something woke up Bob Rooster at 3:45, most likely a mouse.
