Were your chicks incubator or broody hatches? Just curious if temp/ humidity affect gender development.

They're incubator eggs from my flock. Temp set on Brinsea as is humidity...nothing out of the ordinary. 100.1 and 45% bounced to 60% for hatch.

I had one year when I was raising pygmy goats that it was predominantly bucklings, like a ration of 7:1. Thought it might be the water's acidity...or just crud luck of the draw. Some years are definitely better than others, and that year the 4-H kids lucked out with a lot of donated projects.

Morning ya’ll. Coffee and breakfast done, animals fed. Sat in chicken yard watching chicken TV for awhile today. Nothing big brewing today- gonna just enjoy a quiet day- had a family get together yesterday- was marvelous.
