Coffee made and second cups ready. Got housework done and cleaned the quail cage. Stupid me, made something late last night and left the milk on the counter. Had to go out this morning for milk ( all other containers frozen). Well, they sell it at the local donut shop, sooooo. I have been a bad girl, but will overcome.
It has been pretty cool and raining off and on for two days- God’s mercy on me, I guess. The AC man is due tomorrow.

A big salad,
grilled beef cut up with sautéed mushrooms and put over brown rice
Its Tue. Not much on tonight so we will watch Blue Bloods, we're finishing up season 3

Peas fresh or frozen
pasta any you choose
parsly
sage
rosemarry and
tyme
favorite dressing I do not add sugar add more pepper
Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar or apple cider vinegar
4 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp parsley
1 tblsp sugar
3 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic
4 tblsp fresh black pepper

Several friends have window units- may be a good idea. Fixing central heat and air is $$$. This unit is from the ‘70’s.

We do like ours and work nicely and not a huge cost to run
