Love my cast iron skillets and Dutch oven.

I reseason mine after cleaning them. Clean them by putting them in the oven when it's in self clean mode. Burns off all the crusties, then coat with shortening and bake for an hour at 175, let cool. Done.

Yes part my Grandmas, rest from BF Grandmother.
Once we clean ours they are set on warm burner on top to dry rest of the way.

He has me not talking for at least three (3) days and that's hard.
