Only 7 beagles? You better stock up . They are working to pass laws restricting pets.

They've already done it here in rural NJ. I am only allowed 6 dogs. I licensed 8 last year.

Here they are , with all of these animals in shelters and they are limiting how many people can have, regardless of where they live. As long as they care for them, who cares?

The laws are designed to stop puppy mills .. Some have gotten over exuberant no doubt.
