Good morning flock! thanks for the coffee! Happy Almost Friday
Its going to be hot here also they predict 90 and above!

We're at 102°. I didn't wake up until after 3 pm. I was up most of the night listening to the danged carpenter bees in the nests just above my head in the wall. I hate those things!

Afternoon folks. DH has coffee I have Iced Tea, help yourselves. Raining here and 70°. No complaint. We need it bad.

Still on the strict diet. Still babying my guts along and they aren't being appreciative of my sacrifice these days. Little ingrates.

I had to fast for blood work today (yearly physical). The allowed "one cup of black coffee" didn't sit well, nor did the fasting. Crashed when I got home and napped until nearly 2 pm.

I didn't get much done today, but DID get the physical taken care of, and that's something. Oh, and a load of laundry.

Well my TMJ is inproving, but not pain free. My ear is "not infected" but is red. I won't bore you with the rest of my maladies, i try to ignore them as much as possible.
My biggest trial right now is the fact that my truck will be in the shop getting a different transmission because mine is shot. No swaps for me. And i have decided to get rid of more chickens so i don't have so many chores this winter.
And this heat. Feels like 94° here at 8 pm for heaven sakes. Hell broke loose in VA!
Building a feeding/ weaning pen for the young goats. I got most of the fencing and posts up, just need to build 2 gates. And install those. Going to make a hay feeder for that area too.

I wish we could have a few cool days. Even when it rains, it is still hot here. Any time of the day or night. Raining or not.

I am sorry your not well I understand our weather is not humidity
laden.
When I would go back to Wisconsin to visit. I was miserable in the humidity.

I don't have pain pain I only have an achey type of pain.

It will be gone in about a week.
