I have gotten to the point that food just doesn't look or sound good anymore.
The bad thing for me is that my taste buds craved sweets and especially ice cream. Raised my AIC score enough to get my attention. It seems a little meat with lots of vegetables in a stir fry is our go to meals that provide good nutrition with out the high carb foods raising the A1C score. Those kinds of meals I can enjoy.
