Sunshine and COLD today. I braved the cold for a 2 mile walk with Freya and hubby. I really (REALLY) needed the sunshine.

Got a lot of cleaning done yesterday:

Coop raked and new chips added,

Nests emptied and new chips added,

Will work on the roosts when the temperature comes up high enough for them to dry out before evening.

We are up to 20F with wind chill of 11F this morning, but it might get to 40F today which is 20 degrees warmer than yesterday!

It's up to 35° as I prepare myself to face the cold and wind. By the time I finish my coffee just maybe the ice will be either gone or easier to break.
