Good morning morning starts dog and birds then coffee.
Second cup now, brought more coffee to share.
Toe of my shoes got damp think it was dew.

Good morning. Chickens are enjoying the sunshine this AM. Morning chores done so I'm relaxing for a few minutes with a hot cup of coffee. 47° with a high of 80°.

Morning had rain in the night.
First night of peeps hatchery stock 5 in the little coop.
Have my coffee now beside me.
Did bring a extra pot to share.

Oh no !!! My coffee pot is broke. It won't pump the water up to the basket. Sadly it is not even a year old. I'm thinking about an electric percolator.. how do you all brew your coffee or tea ??

My auto drip pot has been broken for a few years, I just heat the water in a teakettle(after measuring it in the carafe) then pouring thru the filter/grounds.

So is your pot electric? I have two french press style.
Percolator is a presto it has been going like 15 years.
Key is keep the grounds in water to use fresh grind is best.
My view.

It was an auto drip. I'm thinking electric percolator. I will try the fresh ground !

I can't find the correct grind of coffee for a percolator in the grocery stores.
