Neighbor knows where the good coffee is

A friend of mine at work started roasting his own beans last year. He always has coffee on his desk.. his latest roast. He also sells the beans. He roasts some good ones. It's an interesting process... I wouldnt mind trying sometime.


Now I'm craving coffee

Vermont Maple. when the wife isn't around that's what I drink. Man I love that stuff. I can smell it a mile away so when I'm out shopping with the wife.....and pickup the scent....there's a bag of freshly ground coffee in the cart.

Not much on strong coffee, I'd rather have a lite mix myself. I've tried CR coffee that the wife got while down there and I didn't care for it much. 1 cup is alright but I'd never drink a whole pot of it, but I'll sit down at the computer at night and drink a whole pot of Vermont Maple any time!!!

Roasting your own is the best. A Jamaican fellow showed me how to do it. It was one of the best coffee's I've ever had.

It's a nice day here in Tn. I'm just now getting to eat lunch. Went through a pot of coffee doing the morning chores, there were a LOT of them today. So, now it's a bit warm and I'm sippin sweet-tea with my salad....almost time for round 2!!!

I've been up, I've just been running around with the puppy.

If DH brings enough back from his trip, I'll send ya some! It depends on where he is, and what's available. I think he got cans this time, but not sure.

Someone else mentioned it in another thread, but I think winter is coming early. The older dogs are blowing out their coats already. They just got their summer coat in!
