- 14 on runways here in Belfast - 18 over night but thankfully not quite that cold where I live - 12 I think so I have to watch my girls. There water is freezing as soon as I put it out so I have to put it out warm!!!!

Ok I'll jump in here with the freezing , freezing, freezing. I am so cold my hands hurt. I hate winter cuz I never get warm til the end of summer and then it starts all over again. I need a fire place or wood stove but then I'd never leave it.

No need to freeze egg they get laid that way. Lord have mercy! Wonder if angels get cold?

Rancher and Oesdog, Sissy and Kaj - you folks stay warm! I'm whining here cuz it's been raining for days on end, but at least we're not too cold. (50sF, 10sC)

Karl - no this wasn't a ruse. DH isn't good at ruses. He thought of it as a gadget and Anna loves gagdets! He's a sweetie. I look forward to trying it and he already told me he's fine with me passing it along to my daughter (who's in school) once I'm done playing with it, if I don't find it useful. He did get us a Google TV which I set up yesterday, so that's our "big gift" for the year. (Yes, we're geeks!)

In any case, I feel like a fog has lifted from my brain - I'm actually thinking and working today a bit. Hooray! Speaking of which, I better get back to it. Stay warm and dry all. And Happy Yule to everyone! Remember that the days'll be getting longer from here on out...

Well, I didn't think I'd have time for getting on the computer this morning, as we are going to Disney World today. But here I am, ready to go, and MIL called to say they are running about 40 minutes late!! Grrrr. I hope the traffic isn't getting worse while I sit here waiting. Can you tell I hate waiting? And I really hate traffic, especially in my camper. It's a stick shift so stop and go traffic is hard on my left foot/ leg. Oh well, I'm done griping now. I'll just sit and wait.......

Anyway, have a great day everyone. I think we will have a wonderful day at Disney World - hopefully things won't be akward after the Christmas morning conversation. Not much I can do but smile and make sure they know I care about them and want to spend time with them - just not ALL my time!

Good morning chicken wranglers
Got my crew on a hot job for nestle usa. Thats right if you eat laffy taffy think of me. I'm the guy that keeps the taffy stretcher in tip top shape.
I'm going to the jewelry store today or tomorrow because I'm not going to be out not given again this year, every year
I and the wife say we're not getting each other anything and my wife always lies. This year she's not getting something verses not getting anything.
