I havent heard. Anything about smokey the bear for alond time

I also have one that says, "Don't annoy the crazy person" that I wear to the NYS Fair and you know what? People annoy me!
As for the NSA, I just don't get it. I have little money, no power whatsoever, so why would they want to investigate me?
Seems to me if they didn't want me looking at things on the internet they'd take it down, but I'm not into violence and all that stuff and I hate kids. I don't even watch those "cute" video's they show on the news.
As far as I know DW was never pregnant. She'd just come home one day all skinny and stuff, with this bundle and say, "It followed me home can I keep it?" FOUR times!! I can't say no to her. Of course I told her I wasn't changing poopy diapers.
My saying is "behind every bundle of joy, is a bundle of poop."
You sound like a friend of mine. He can always find the Lightning in the cloud not the silver lining. I know some times the lightning is the silver lining.
Hey I promised you guys some photos from my last camping trip (heaven without the kids). It was at Rough River Lake in KY.
so here go
DW at kitchen table Taken from tent that is my utility trailer with all my gear in it.
The Beach area and no boat markers. I was fishing by the bush there. Caught 5 Total approx. 18 inches
Looking down the lake. This is only a very small part of it.

Now that is a nice fire.
Well have to go baste the ribs. Hickory bbq sauce / Bourbon/ ketchup.
Girls are back to only 3 eggs a day think the heat has got to them.

Sorry I have not been on for a bit. I have not been too well of late and things have gotten the better of me!
We still have Danny at home. Things seem to be so long in getting done here. Everything is on hold for no real reason at all!
We were told it would be all done and sorted by September and yet here we are days from September and nothing is any further on.
The hospital has been in touch about the surgery for hubby which they say will be early Autumn - Um isn;t that any time from September through mid October?
So anyhow been a bit frustrating really and then I get to thinking am I really doing the right thing after all or am I just simply walking away from parental responsibility and abandoning a child that needs me so much! Then I think darn he is 27 yrs old and normal kids would be long flown the nest? One day he attacks me and nips and bites and I think I can't handle this or I am extremely tired and dropping on my feet and feel I can't go on. Then I see him smile and giggle and sing his songs and play with us and I feel so darn bad about the whole thing all over again. I supose if this had of happened in the summer it would have been done by this stage and it would have been a natural progression of his life and ours.
This last respite has been hard because I don't think the respite centre is looking after him well. He came home with yet another bruise today and he is to go back to them on Monday. But then they have cancelled his placement with them because they got wind of the possibility he may go into supported living? Which means they gave his place away before we even know if he is really going to go to the other place? So no more respite place after that. All very stressing.
Gosh I am going on SORRY!
The chickens are fine! Still got all 7 and Amber is a pain in the Bum litterally! She is a horrible old crow getting! How can a bird that is hand reared and lifted all the time turn out to be so darn horrid? Now when I go in the pen I lift her up and love on her because I know she doesn't like it! She runs after my ankles so I upend her. I show her the oven and check her weight!
Anyhow they are ok even the old girls are doing fine. The PRs. Aggy and florry are getting over being a bit sick and are looking a lot stronger. Issy is going in to Molt and has virtually stopped eating but she still calls the others to the food and then drops hers for Betty, Florry or Aggy to eat. She doesn't feed Gwendalin, Lilly-beth the Maran babies or Amber! Just her own three girls ha ha it is like I have two different flocks in the one pen.
Anyhow it is late here and as ever I am rambling on about a lot of nothing! Thanks for all the folk who have asked after me and been so nice!

rancherhicks, thanks for the offer, but I don't know if the birds would survive a 4 - 5 hr ride in the back of the truck.
Scored some major brownie points the last couple of days. Enough to share, if anyone needs some. Bathroom is all done. It's a small 1/2 bath. I am going to keep it rolling, with calamari stuffed with eggplant and pasta tomorrow. She's funny, she loves her eggplant. There was a time when our youngest daughter would just ask for potatoes when we went out to eat. No matter where you went, and they had to be "real".
Trying your idea rancher, froze some tomatoes. Tomorrow, I'll make some more sauce. I have to get back into the shop, I have a few projects to get out. The up to my youngest daughters house to do some work. Rerouting some plumbing, leveling a cement floor, and straightening a door frame.
