Coffee's ready...

Morning. Woke up to my little yorkie having siezures. Gave her some karo syrup, just incase her sugar was low, made sure she drank and ate, and gave her a bath. Found a couple fleas on her, so picked those off and dusted her bed with DE just incase.

Now she's laying in a sunny patch on my carpet, absorbing the sunshine. She's still a litte shaky, but doing much better than she was this am. Boy was I scared!

Now I'm ready for my second cup of coffee to settle my nerves, and it's putting a call into the vet when he opens.

Good morning all ...

Sorry to hear about kitty deaths and yorkie seisures.. and such.

I went to pick up some eggs yesterday .. supposed to be GCM, Amer., and Salmon Fav. I came home with mostly Amer., NO GCM

, and 4 Salmon Fav eggs.

She could tell I was disappointed, so she threw in some Sicilian Buttercup eggs also .. they are cute, but I'm not really interested in bantams..

I left with plenty of eggs, but still disappointed. My choice in chickens would be GCM, Favs, THEN Amer. .. but we'll just take a little detour.

Oh, Shelley, the Amer eggs are from Wheaton and Blue Wheaton .. so kinda pretty...

We'll see what hatches in 3 weeks or so ...

Karl, I didn't take any offense to your posts, I guess sometimes I tend to have a strange sense of humor. I'm always glad to have more join our group. I have really meant so nice people here and many are rapidly becoming dear friends.

Just finishing my first cup and waiting on daylight to break.

I may have to start sleeping later since it takes so long for the sun to come up now.
