Coffee's ready...

Good morning chicken wranglers,
Oes I hope you hAD AGREAT TIME.and I hope your husband is still feeling well.Gargoyle you do come up with the suprises,.
I'm sick as a dog ,coughing, and sneezing, shivers and all the like! hope to recover by noon.
Wish in one hand and you know will fill the other.
God Bless!

I am fine had a grand Christmas.
I am at this moment making Mulled wine jelly - he he! Can't wast a single drop! Hopefully it will be a great addition to the Summer BBQ to bast the meat in! lol
I just crept up to have a wee coffee break and sit a bit. Everything has been more thana little hectic of late and it is awfully cold here at the moment.
The little dog had a good time this Christmas. Though I have to say "bonding" is hard for me because I am missing Murph as ever. It was hard having Christmas without him! Harder than not having mother about! Ooops!

I have had to drag the little darling out in all weathers to teach him not to pee and poop on the laundry room floor. - Toilet training is hard going but he is learning slowely. Last night was the first time he didn't pee on Gizzy's bed! We still have a few accidents. But not as bad as once was.

I better away and check these boiling fruits. He he. Lovely festive smells raising up the stairs!

Oes

Good morning chicken wranglers
I'm still a bit Ill.But I hope two put on the first ever annual new years fire works display at the ranch.
Oes I'm Glad the wee one is not soiling the carpet as much!We have a Small kitten that I found abandoned in the barn month ago and her potty training is now complete.Or so I thought until I saw her squat and pee on the floor register the other day.
I'm very sorry to say that my flock is almost gone. The coyotes took two ducks and Lucy my goose 2 nights ago.
The gander is lost without her.The ice on the pond would not hold us so we could not retrieve them and they would not willingly come to the coop. The yotes could walk on the ice, end of story.I will miss the goose's call.
God Bless!

You need more birds Karl.

I am blaming you for sending the germs this way. DH is very sick and spend a deal of the last few days in Bed. Darn so here I am new years eve on my own waiting till its time to shower Dan and put him to bed. Dh is already in Bed and has been there most of the day. Ohhh well such is life.

Good news is the Mulled wine jelly turned out great and it is wonderful on fruit loaf. Drank a beer tonight and I guess that will be the extent of my New years cellibrations. Last year we got gate crashed by the rowdy scots at midnight. ( DHs brother in law in full kilt and bag pipes!) This time I think I may make sure all the lights are out and the door is locked! He will be out on the lawn doubtless flinging his kilt in despiration! There is something they have to do at midnight but I forget ( Oh Dh just reminded me its First footing! ) I reminded him of last year and he got out of bed and is frantically turining all the christmas lights off - thing is it isn't even 9.30pm yet! Crazy - there is nothing like a 20 odd stone half naked scots guy in full rigalia smelling of wisky and haggis at your door! We will just have to pretend we have no idea who he is! - Has anyone lost a Scots guy??????

Oes - away to barrackade the fort! Me being English can't be letting the Scots over the wall!

Good Luck on that one! I had an ear infection at Christmas from a Sinus infection before Christmas... Still dealing with the whole bug...Uggh....I am sick of being sick!
