Coffee's ready...

Bantys are good for soup, Mine has been keeping up with the big girls, she is giving an egg most days but does take 3 - 5 day breaks and they are a respectable 32grams. not quite a peewee. She also keeps the others from picking and pecking on each other as she draws all their attention but is fast enough and small enough to get away without getting hurt. I've seen her go right under her attacker between the legs and almost knock her down. Real fun to watch.
God bless Alka Seltzer Plus feeling much better today.

Rainy and cold here.

The insurance man was here to assess the damage to our house from the ice. I hope they give us lots of money.

Last time I had work done I had to prime and paint.

Anyone here ever put in a new garage door? We need one. Ours is wood and rotting. It is heavy too, but I figure might put in a new one. It's a single door.

Saw they have garage door window decals. Why? We'd need windows for light anyhow.

window decals for a garage door. hilarious.

$50 for decals that are supposed to look like windows?  Seems to me it would be less trouble to just buy the door with the windows.

Not to mention a selling point.

"Oh notice the garage door has window decals they look almost real don't they?"   :sick    :lau

No kidding. That could be equivalent to having a car with headlight decals. Ya could cut the cost down and use Saran Wrap and duct tape for windows lol

Afternoon everyone. Hope you are doing well.

How did it go with the garage door, find something with windows yet?

@ORChickFam I see you have bunnies, how about a pic of your setup? We recently got a doe and are expecting our first litter in about a week and a half.

Oh I can find lots that I like in garage doors. It's the paying part that has me waiting.

AND putting it in too. I have so much to do so little time.

Waiting for the check to get the ice damage fixed. Scheduled to have the work done saturday. I just hope the repair is to my liking.

Contractors have their own minds sometimes and care little about what I want.

Nope, V, not sleepy tired - just winter out of shape tired. After hibernation it becomes more difficult to get back in shape as one ages. On the positive side I have lost 5 pounds of winter fat.

A little activity goes a long ways.

I once lost 150 pounds, but that was when my ex wife left me.

But I understand the winter tired feeling. I've been fighting a cold. I'm congested and can't get it to come up. I'm coughing a lot. I lay down and I'm afraid I'll choke to death in my sleep.

Not like the being afraid my ex wife would choke me to death in my sleep, but close.

We've got the DD and her hus. and the grandkids living with us now. The kids of course bring disease. You know how it is.

My son in law plays video games where you kill zombies. He taught me, but I wasn't very good at first. When he was at work I rigged it so all the zombies look like my ex wife. Now I never miss a shot.

DIIIIIEEEEEE! DIIIIIEEEE!

I'm just kidding about my ex wife of course. I'm hope she's very happy where ever she is. I'm sure her current husband isn't though.

I know cuz a few years ago he called and offered me money to take her back.

I said, Sorry I did my time.

Anyhow it's supposed to go to 60 tomorrow. I expect the chickens will all drown. Either that or think they're on Noah's ark as the coops start to float away.
