It feels like it's 100% humidity here too, like a steam bath.

Not sure how good it's going to be tonight when I go fishing all night. Last weekend some of the water on the James River was 93 degrees, now that's some hot water for a river!! Nasty!!
Of course.......I guess I'd take this over snow and cold temps any day of the week.

Morning all!

So peaceful here this morning.

With the security light still on outside, it's apparent that winter will soon be here.

I am so not wanting to go through another winter in MI.

On a good note...I'm so excited. I'm going to pick up some Silkie hens today!

My Silkie breeders are almost complete now.

i'm up at the laptop, coffee with cream in hand ( "i like my coffee like my men - strong & tan") and listening to my baby turkey poults call to my baby cochins,BA's, and BO's on the front porch.
I am a big list-maker and an early riser, so this is the best time of day for me. Hope all if well for all fellow BYC's.
