Sitting here in the Ozark mtns drinking coffee and waiting for the sun to come up. Just took a few moments to let all of you know that I'm looking forward to getting home at the end of the week so I can catch up with everyone on BYC. Ya'll have a great day and enjoy your morning coffee.

Good morning all! Sitting here with my coffee, computer and watching the tv news with all the flooding in Atlanta. Watch your driving today, they've closed the interstates in some places here its so bad. The news announcers sound so excited. But unless your route is really weird you won't be going anywhere near here.

Me and the chickens are comfy and dry. DH asked if I wanted to move them into the garage last night

He always says they're just stupid birds...and then does something like that.

donuts coffee? perked a pot full and its delishes with or without the Hazelnut cream,I take my with,
and Dh takes it with out.LoL
we had drizzles last night so its rain again.

Hi all. I'm very sad today. I found out that our "family" is still having get-togethers without US! Since Mom died, we've been totally ignored. I feel really left out, and it's not fair. I didn't "DO" anything. Do other families do this?

Sorry to vent--the coffee is good.....it rained last night and the deer are out already.

You can pick your friends, you can even pick your nose; but you can't pick your family.... sorry but even the sucky people have relatives. Sounds like you just need to sip your coffee, watch the deer and forget about 'em. I have "interesting" relatives too. My condolences.

Good morning all!

Rain, rain, and more rain in North GA.
I really would like to see the sun soon. I've had to drain my parents pool three times this past week to keep it from flooding. Yesterday on the news they said we were -3. inches for the year in rain and then reported that we are out of the negative and into the positive for rain and we still have more rain to come today. schools are closed in the counties above us due to flooding....

my chicks are will be turning into ducks soon.... man I would like to see some sunshine!!!
