Hi all

Well today has been a good day so far.
We made it to the hospital last night. Dh didn;t get any pain injections though as he is still on the heart meds so can't until he is a year past the heart op. They upped his morphine though which is good. So that done we were finally free todat without baby or kids to do what we liked.

Anyhow we decided that we would go out and not take our phones!!! - Really bad mum and Dad that we are! We went searching for a few things we needed at the store and went for a nice drive in the sunshine. We got coffee out and managed to pick up a few things for Christmas - I know its early but if we see things we get it now so we don't have a big rush later with more expence!!!!

Math ace - I have trouble with my garden too!!!!! When it finally does grow into something that resembles a plant the things rarely actually deliver anything edible at the end of it!!!!! And if it does grow into something - it doesn;t actually look like what is supposed to be?

its a good job he is young enough not to tell everyone it was his mommy's fault!!!!!!!!

The other day Dh went to heat a coffee up in the Microwave and there was Danny's wizzened breakfast still in there - !!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had left for adult centre the poor critter!!!
I showered and dressed him and gave him his juice - and left his breakfast so sent him out with out it? I was soooooooo sure I had hand fed him that darn breakfast but because it was still there he had not had any Epilepsy meds either - BAD MOMMY! I am sooo thankfull my 23yr old isn't "old enough" to rat me out!!!!! I have indeed done very very daft things - Like sent him to school with his shoes on the wrong feet - even worse walked him out to the bus in his socks!!!!!!!!! NO hiding that one -

Yeah I too lost my brain cell out of my left ear when I gave birth!!! - Its a common problem defective mothers !!!!!!!!!

Sun here, lovely autumn day the chickies are enjoying free ranging and all is well - BUT NO EGGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many times do I have to show them the oven this week?????

coffee is perking, and i am wishing i had another month or two before the weather gets cold!! GAH but i know that winter is on its way!!

its been incredibly busy here... always something to do!

getting ready to seperate the stud colts that were born this year from the fillies. their new pen is built i just have to add a lean to. then its time to move on to expanding the brood mare pen. and adding a shed to that . anyone wanna come over and help... lol

Shadowpaints, I would love to if you were a bit closer. Being outside around horses sounds like heaven compared here.

The second day of school I found my son's pop-tart (that is a breakfast 'pastry') still in my car when I got to work. I called the school and asked them to give him something from his lunch box - the poor guy! But you know what, Oesdog, they will survive, despite our dumbest moments.

Off to another meeting now.

What? I haven't been on here all morning, and I'm still the first one? I've been bouncing around the school like a beach ball today - crazy morning!

I'm waiting to hear FOR SURE that I get this raise they said we would get before I call me friend about cleaning. It would be SOOO NICE to not have to worry about it.

My Marans has laid three days in a row now, and the eggs are definately darker than they were at first. And they are so nice an big compared to the other ones! I'm pretty sure they are even bigger than the White Leghorn's. BTW, when do they start laying again after hatching their babies?

Well, gotta go get some more coffee and catch up a bit. Have a good one!
