Again i hope the people in american arent having a hard time with the Record freezing temps!

How about you all in Ireland I saw where there was some pretty cold temps there as well.

Ireland suffers a lot from rain. I reckon they must have had a fair bit these days. England´s west coast and south coast are getting terrible storms these days, poor things. Lots of flooding. My mum´s looking forward to coming over here for a bit to get away from the weather there!

What a cute goose! I'd keep her in the house with me all the time.

Here in Illinois we just warmed up to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. It's been below zero since Suinday night.

Good news though. My waterfowl friends are doing okay. On my way to work this morning I saw three ducks fly overhead.I'm such a wuss compared to them!

Sissy is back in the goose pen with the rest of the gaggle. It is only 15 at the moment, and she was showing signs of missing the rest of her family. We are looking forward to the weekend when it will be warm enough to let them outside for the day.

Right now it´s just after lunch and a comfortable 29ºC in the house, which is ok if you´re just sat ion the computer!

Outside it´s in the upper 30s, that must be around a hundred F and I´ve got to go out there to clear some dead branches from some Bouganvillia trees. Ow! and Phew!

Actually ireland is having storms in decades ! And it started week before christmas and last week friday was so bad that big old oak and beech trees were all blown down! I never saw this so bad so i thought it was pretty cool but it was so bad i actually locked up the geese in the sheds because it was so bad and dont get me started on flooding

The storms we have are clearing a bit and hopefully no more it was horrible but it was really bad in ireland but the storms we had also swept up to the united kingdom and i have never seen it so bad ! People dying of falling branches! Well everyone in the world has a odd winter:/

i meant in the first sentence ireland hasent had such bad storms in decades and has wind gale records also and so much rain in such a short period
