Collapsed egg hanging out of vent

Flo did not come out this morning. Her crop was rather hard and full. Kind of freaking out. What do I do now?

I am on my home from work to check on her. This morning she didn't come out of the coop so I went to check her and could tell that her crop felt hard-ish. Not rock solid but what wet clay feels like (sorry I'm an art teacher). I massaged a little, but had to leave for school. I'll update when I get home.

Her bottom also looked like she'd been having loose poops.

Just checked on her. She acting totally normal, scratching and pecking. Just her crop seems to not be emptying at night.

I massaged it more, it feels the same as it did this morning not rock hard, but hard.

Do I go for the yeast treatment again? I used miconazole last time would it make sense to do the same or try something different?

How often should I massage? I never knew I'd become a chicken massage therapist!

Sorry to keep posting, but I thought I'd mention that when I did massage her, I didn't notice any smell. I didn't see any noticeable white in her mouth but will take a pic to send.

After reading a little I gave her 10 ml olive oil and massaged some more.

When you check her crop, are you doing that first thing in the morning before she has anything to eat or drink?
