So her crop is still not completely empty in the morning. It is smaller than when she goes to bed, but I can still fee a little "squish" in there.

I will work on the fecal collection. Unfortunately I cannot find a local vet that will do just the test so I will need to send it out.

After healing from a crop disorder, it's not at all uncommon for there to be a small amount of stuff in the crop in the morning for a week or so. It's not something to be too worried about. Giving a probiotic often resolves this.

No. It's a vitamin supplement that is formulated to be absorbed immediately through the walls of the intestines directly into the blood stream, by-passing needing to be metabolized first in the liver. This is why it's such a wonderful boost for a very sick baby chick or adult chicken. Probiotics can be bought where they sell people vitamins. These are "good" bacteria or microbes that normally live in the intestines of warm blooded creatures that help digest food and maintain a healthy balance between good and bad bacteria in the gut.

It makes more sense for me to probably do the pill since I am not able to get her to take much right now.

I plan to weigh her today. Unfortunately it's the first time she's been weighed so I don't really have a base weight to go by. How do I know if/when I should try tube feeding? The tube and syringe should arrive today.

She is eating a little, scratching, and drinking. I've offered her raw intact egg, mash, yogurt water. She will take a little of these but not much. At night her crop feels full and squishy but judging by what I see it's probably a lot of water.
