I had a friend from my MA class come over to help me draw blood from the goats. I figured since she was interested in getting some she might as well see this part of their care. We get all 4 of the does done and since I only have one more vacuum tube that has vacuum I did the buck. I have the tubes sitting and letting the blood clot and allowing the serum to separate. I took a look at them and the tube containing my bucks. Lood looks like it may be hemolized.
I did everything correctly dang it! Now I have to run to TSC and buy needles and syringes and do a syringe draw for a new stinking sample. This sucks I really really prefer to draw using a vacutainer.
