Thanks! I found the month by walking in our field to find a goat. It was just fitting there. Is it setting on coral? There is a little shell cast. The other cast a found thim months ago. I was hoping the 2end pic was fossilized skin. There is a lot of it on a huge rock in our yard, along with some shells.

It's some type of sedimentary rock, limestone or shale. If you would like I can ask to have your fossils identified. With your permission to share your pictures of course. I don't want to disappoint you because I'm pretty positive it's not a moth but it may be another kind of marine plant life rather than a brachiopod. It's a really cool piece regardless!

i like to go to Crater of Diamonds state park in arkansas. never found a diamond, but lots of agate, quartz and semi-precious stones. also like to go to the rock and mineral show, which didn't happen this year.

Nice! My friend gave me a Herkimer diamond for Christmas but that's the only "diamond" I have that isn't faceted in jewelry. That would be cool if you find one! I would be just as happy with other rocks though, lol.

I numbered them to make it easier.

1 - Correct - crinoid lumen cast.
2 - Bryozoan
3 - Brachiopod imprint - maybe similar to Leptaena sp.
4 - Spiriferid brachiopod
5 - Rhynchonellid brachiopod.
