i am collecting eggs for incubating. i work grave yard and sometimes am too tired to collect the eggs when i get home. sometimes i do it when i get up at 11:00am. when i collect the eggs at this time, they have been in the sun for a couple hours and are warm to the touch when i pick them up. are they still good to hatch? i figure it can't hatch if i don't put it in the bator, but i don't want to waste my time loading up the bator if i have eggs that won't hatch because they weren't collected early enough in the day to be fresh enough. i have been storing them in the sink of my bathroom under a damp washcloth to keep some humidity and keep them cool. by the way temps have been really cool here with 85 degrees by midday.
