No, but still have a lot more to remove. I think some of the tissue might be inflamed/swollen too.

Also, can I use hemp protein powder for tube-feeding her? Any ideas on how should I be treating the bacteria? Have you ever used colloidal silver?

I have no idea what hemp powder is.
I would use the regular old chicken feed you already have...just blend it up well in a blender.
I would treat the bacteria with antibiotics, I do not think the colloidal silver with get rid of her infection.

Update:

I took my hen off all antibiotics as none were working. After I removed the build-up from her throat, the bacteria seem to be "in-remission". I have been tube feeding her twice a day since October 24. The same day I started her on nystatin, (incase the bacteria in her throat was actually yeast). 3 days later, I noticed the bacteria was growing again. I suspected the nystatin caused the change, so stopped using. The growth is almost worse than it was before. I have started removing some of it. I plan on trying the colloidal silver since nothing else has worked. I don't have any now. What strength should I buy. I plan on giving it to her as a drench (not in drinking water). Also, does the colloidal silver need to come in contact with the bacteria or can I tube it to her?

Very little of the coloidial silver is needed. I would have to find that one post with the dosage. I want to say like 3cc's of nothing more then 10 ppm
