Colloidal Silver Dosage

Update:

I took my hen off all antibiotics as none were working. After I removed the build-up from her throat, the bacteria seem to be "in-remission". I have been tube feeding her twice a day since October 24. The same day I started her on nystatin, (incase the bacteria in her throat was actually yeast). 3 days later, I noticed the bacteria was growing again. I suspected the nystatin caused the change, so stopped using. The growth is almost worse than it was before. I have started removing some of it. I plan on trying the colloidal silver since nothing else has worked. I don't have any now. What strength should I buy. I plan on giving it to her as a drench (not in drinking water). Also, does the colloidal silver need to come in contact with the bacteria or can I tube it to her?
You have to get the gunk out for the antibiotics to work and you have to use the right antibiotic.

Remind me which exact medicine and dosages/days you tried?

I bought 30 ppm CS at GNC. I wanted it asap and they carried it.
Yes to removing the junk.
Then I would pour some in a bathroom Dixie cup or a shot glass and let her get a drink. I have also dropped it over their nares with their head held back. That way it goes through their sinuses but not into their airway.

This was what one person gave for an upper respitory infection.

"I came home yesterday to a sneezing and wheezing chicken. I quickly removed her and administered 1 cc of colloidal silver 20 ppm"

Here are the bacteria that were found:
About a month ago, I had a choanal swab from her sent to the lab to identify the bacteria and check for antibiotic susceptibility. Samples from several chickens were pooled together. The results showed Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia Coli.
Antibiotics - sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim
No, she does not have wet pox, canker or thrush. The lab test showed the exact bacteria(s), there were several, one was e. coli. I don't recall the rest, but will look at the test results again. My vet said it is bacteria that is normally in the body, but had overgrown. I use the antibiotic that the lab test showed the bacteria's were susceptible to. 2 ml SMZ-TMP daily for 10 days. She had some improvement, but more bacteria came back.
I had another chicken this happened to and my vet found that when the antibiotic killed off one bacteria, a different bacteria grew that was not susceptible to the same antibiotic. Another lab test would show that.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is hard to treat, as is some E.coli.

Late July, She was on 0.7 ml LA 200 and 0.2 ml gentamicin for 7 days (no improvement).
September 19, I noticed she had trouble eating and swallowing.
September 21, 2 ml SMZ-TMP for 9 days (showed good improvement).
October 6, bacteria growing again and lacking appetite.
October 11, 2 ml SMZ-TMP for 7 days (actually got worse).
October 16, removed most bacteria build-up and started using herbs. Throat tissue looks swollen/inflamed.
October 26, tried to tube-feed (went very poorly). Bacteria has grown back worse.
October 22-23 removed a LOT of bacteria.
October 24, tube feeding twice a day. Started giving 2 ml nystatin.
October 27, bacteria growing again.
October 28, stopped giving nystatin.
October 30, started removing bacteria build-up again.
