Color and sex question

Thank you! What would you call this colour?
@Nabiki is correct….the color is Grau fee and not reliably feather sexable……I agree that it appears to be a hen by body shape and facial markings but only way to be sure is by vent sexing or crowing bs laying which crowing should have begun already and laying should occur within 1-2 weeks giving you definitive answer.

Btw, do you think this has the sparky gene?
My sparklies have bars on every feather, it looks like yours has a pattern more typical of Rosetta, but I have my first set of sparklies in the grow out, so I’m not an expert.
