So does that mean they drop ship from other hatcheries?

I emailed them a month or so ago asking if I could come by and pick up my chicks instead of having them shipped and they said that Denver was just their offices and the hatcheries were 'around'. So yes, they ship from several hatcheries.

Posers, can you pm me your Paypal info?

My wife had the same problem with frozen water this morning (I enjoyed gloating that it was warmer in ND than in Calhan), she had a brooder lamp hanging over it, guess we need something more substantial, any suggestions for economical water heating?

our solution has just been thawing their water with some hot water 2/3 times a day....I haven't found a good solution other than that yet either...I want to do a drip system but I can see that being a nightmare in the cold...plus our coop doesn't have electric run to it..do most ppl just run outdoor extension cords? And if so I wonder how many fires are started just trying to keep chickens water thawed or coops warm haha :)

So has anyone ordered from E-fowel? I'm curious to make sure that the birdies are healthy etc... since My girls are very healthy and I spoil them so rotten, do not want to run the risk of adding mite ridden or sick birds... Thoughts?
