I think you're right! We got so much done on Saturday, we looked around and realized that we were ready. And with the week's temperatures fairly mild, we decided to go ahead and start. I'll finish up the decisions of who to put where tonight and tomorrow, and then we'll separate them out after dark.
We will have to rotate Abe between the two pens every 2-3 days to keep fertility up on both pens.

Busy day...

We opened up a stall at a local indoor flea market for our storage locker auction stuff and to clear out some of our own stuff. I am using a 2 year rule; if I haven't used it in two years and don't think I will use it for another two or more its getting sold. We filled up the entire space so far and I will probably be refilling it regularly for a while. We could't even fit it all is time, we had to bring some back. I can't wait for more garage space! I need it for the 'big kids' brooder.

I am also integrating my banty and LF flocks so I can have the small coop for a started pullet grow out coop. Speaking of, off to check on behavior through the bars...

60 for the heat emmitters, and 75 for the regular infared builbs
