Wow, lots of Colorado peeps! I just joined the forum and don't have my chicks yet but I'm super excited! I'm in Loveland. Our neighbors started keeping chickens a couple years ago and ever since then I have wanted to do the same. In 3 weeks I will finally get to try!!

Welcome! Where are you buying your chicks? NoCo Feeder Supply in FC has the best selection. They should also be having their chicken keeping seminar soon. Supplies and chicks are on sale and they have free classes. She'll get in around 1000 chicks that weekend alone.

Yep, that is where I ordered them from. I asked for one Buff Orpington, one Dominique, one Ameraucana and one Silver Laced Wyandotte. Can't wait!!
