Coloration question ,whats this color?

Coloring questions ,I have 6 chicks from this pair. I only got pics of 3 because its the 3 main turnouts. I tried to get a pic of the dads wings but he escaped,so I spent a good 20 mins running around my yard shirtless trying to net him with the only thing I had. Also idk if its just him or all quail bc I've never seen one fly in person but its was the funniest most slow motion thing I've ever seen. Like he didn't fly he levitated. Anyway, what colors would the parents and babys be considered?

Mom is egyptian, dad is Rosetta or scarlet tux (I’d have to see back to know for sure)

Edit to add, dad has to be rosetta, if he was scarlet, all chicks would be roux, roux+roux=roux. With how red he is in the photo, if it isn’t the lighting, he may carry roux, but then I’d expect you to have some roux chicks. But probability is a harsh mistress (ask anyone at a casino), so you never know.
