Comb getting lighter! HELP!

So, it happens to all chickens?

Yeah, typically the comb in both sexes indicates sexual maturity (Egg laying, Reproduction) given good conditions, i.e. hydrated, not sick etc. Times of less sunlight they'll change comb color to a much paler version which indicates 'We're relaxing, no date night'.

My 27 week old barred rock who is already laying has a very light c9mb. Only, a few nights ago, I saw it was a deep shade of red. Now, it’s lighter, pinkish, and almost orange, is there an explanation to this? If there’s anything I can do to bring it back to its right color, please help. She seems fine now. Here’s a picture:

I'd also recommend updating your water/feed equipment. Those are not great for mature fowl.

Almost all. I have an older hen that has molted and has been out of production since late summer. She never lost her bright red comb. Most of the others are varying degrees of red/pink and shrunken. I've had an orpington hen that never did develop a large bright red comb yet laid quite well.
To make a long story short, increasing day length in relation to darkness rejuvenates the gonads via a complex set of hormonal changes. Combs will enlarge and darken, space between pelvic bones will increase (to allow egg passage) and production begins.
The opposite situation creates an inverse effect. A first year pullet may continue to lay but she isn't getting her sexual hormones stimulated by light.

Ya I know we have been meaning to get nipple watering systems but we don’t know where to buy it from we are proabably just going to order some though we also have a large stone bowl that we use as a waterer but it’s such a hassle to clean it because they make a point to step in it with poopy feet

If you don't have freezing conditions, a vertical nipple will be fine. If it gets below freezing, use a horizontal nipple. Just Google them. You can insert them into a bucket or the horizontal nipples can be screwed into a 1/2" X 1/8" PVC tee.
A poultry fount is better than a bowl. Put it up on bricks so the rim is at back height and they won't walk in it.

I am hoping that it’s just that and not a sign of hardware disease because she eat a few pieces of wire a few days ago

Never fear. Chickens have been known to eat a lot worse.
That is unless the wire ended up lodged in and impaled the gizzard.
I've butchered chickens with glass and nails in the gizzard that had penetrated the membrane.

Oh, I feel so sorry for you.
We rarely have temperatures above 50 till March.
