Comb type/gender?

This chick is so different from my others with body shape, comb and body size. It’s smaller and stockier. What kind of comb type might this be? It’s not single and doesn’t look like a pea comb, what else is there?
its 7 weeks old, any guesses on gender?

I think it might be a rose comb, but I'm not sure. Looks like a pullet though.

Modified pea comb. Good chance it's a cockerel.
