combining ducklings

When can I combine our 5 wk old ducklings with our 9 wk old ducklings?

Hi,

When they are about the same size. Take it slowly, monitoring them closely at first. Give everyone treats to help them associate good things with being together. Some shoving is normal, but stop them if it goes beyond brief shoving or short chasing periods.

Thats what I thought. I had noticed a photo on here where it showed little guys (4-5 wk old) with larger size ducklings of a different breed and was just wondering. We're new to being ducky parents and it REALLY helps that we have a place to go when we have question from other ducky parents that have lots of experience. I can only learn so much the gazillion books I have purchased abd read. Thanks bunches again!!

There was a classified add on here for Sebastapols, which is one of the reasons why i started learning about waterfowl that i had inquired about but was explained by my hubby that we needed alot more room before before he will say "a o k"!!
